Authorized Miner Management Terms
Last updated: September 21, 2026

MinerTools provides tools for scanning, managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting ASIC miners and mining farms. It does not perform cryptocurrency mining itself.

Account

Users must provide accurate account information and protect access to their account. Email, phone/OTP, and Google sign-in are available only as configured by the service.

Authorized device management

Any action on a miner, including changing a pool, worker, setting, or restarting a device, requires the user’s request and confirmation. Users must verify the target device and values before confirming.

Service limits

MinerTools is not a mining pool, exchange, wallet, or investment service. It does not access, manage, or control pool accounts, wallets, assets, or withdrawals. No income, hashrate, profit, or performance result is guaranteed.

User responsibility

The user is responsible for the device, pool, worker, network, electricity cost, and configuration choices. Unauthorized access, misuse of APIs, interference with another person’s device, illegal content, and abuse of support are prohibited.

MinerTools is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, incorrect settings, network failure, device failure, third-party outages, reduced income, or user decisions, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Account deactivation

Users may use the available account deactivation feature. Deactivation revokes active sessions but does not mean immediate deletion of every account or support record. Data requests are handled through Support.

Support content

Users are responsible for submitted messages and files. Do not upload passwords, tokens, API keys, wallet credentials, or sensitive device secrets.

Changes

MinerTools may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
